If you cancel your Christmas booking before 14:00 on the 30th of September your deposit will be refunded.

After 14:00 on the 30th of September, your deposit is non-refundable.

Changes to normal running over the festive period

Our prices remain the same during the festive period, however we do charge for for a PM check-out on the 29th of December. This is to encourage customers to spread their arrivals throughout the day to ease the morning rush.

While we accept boarding bookings over the Christmas period, we are closed so we do not allow any arrivals or departures throughout this time. This means that dogs must be dropped off before we close on Christmas Eve and cannot be collected until our reopening date. We ask that you respect this change as it enables our team to enjoy a lighter workload for a few days. Boarders still receive the same fantastic level of care as any other time of year - if anything they get better care! With even more fuss and attention from the team, a special Christmas meal (if dietary requirements and owners allow) and peace and quiet throughout the days.

Deposit

Due to an unprecedented number of last-minute cancellations in 2024, we are now charging a deposit of £150 for any booking that spans the 24th to the 29th of December. For a single dog staying with us from the 24th to 29th, your deposit will cover the complete cost of the booking. Bookings for multiple dogs or that are longer will have the remaining cost paid upon check-out. The deposit is to be paid within 7 days of making your booking. Once payment has been received, we will send you confirmation of such and indicate any remaining costs. We will notify all customers who have paid a deposit of any changes to our pricing structure should they occur.
